Measure your height and follow the formula below-

ü 100 pounds for every 5 feet height for women and then 5 pounds for every inch.

Suppose your height is 5 feet 2 inches then you will have the desired weight-

2 inches = 5 X 2 = 10 pounds

Total = 106 + 42 = 148 lbs or 148 ÷ 2.2 = 67 kg (2.2 lbs = 1 kg)
